Little Volleys — Co-ed

Perfect for beginners and players with up to 2 years of experience. This program introduces young athletes to the fundamentals of volleyball in a fun and supportive environment. Players will learn the basics of passing, setting, hitting, and serving while developing coordination, teamwork, and confidence on the court. Coaches use engaging drills and mini games to build ball control and help players practice serving from the 10-foot line to half court. The focus is on learning proper technique, staying active, and having fun while discovering the excitement of volleyball!


Focus areas:

  • Volleyball fundamentals (pass, set, hit, serve)

  • Ball control and coordination

  • Serving technique from 10’ line to mid-court

  • Teamwork and confidence-building

Junior Aces — Co-ed

Designed for players with 2 or more years of  volleyball experience who are ready to sharpen their skills and take on more advanced challenges. Athletes in this group have a solid foundation in ball control and are working toward consistently serving from near or behind the endline. Sessions emphasize improving passing accuracy, setting consistency, hitting approach and timing while introducing defensive movement and game strategy. Through focused drills and gameplay, players will continue developing confidence, court awareness, and a competitive mindset — all while keeping the fun and team spirit at the heart of every practice.

 

Focus areas:

  • Consistent overhand serving from or behind the endline

  • Advanced ball control and rally play

  • Offensive and defensive positioning

  • Game awareness and teamwork

Court Crushers — Grades 8–10 (Girls)

Designed for experienced players who have competed on an advanced modified or JV level team and are looking to advance their game-play IQ. Athletes in this program can serve consistently from behind the endline and are eager to refine their skills in game play. Training emphasizes game play strategy, reading the court, and anticipating ball movement through high-repetition drills and competitive play. Players will work on positional awareness, offensive and defensive transitions, and effective communication while continuing to develop confidence in all aspects of their game.


Focus areas:

  • Multi-position skill development and rotation awareness

  • Game strategy and decision-making

  • Reading players and anticipating ball location

  • Competitive game play and advanced drills

  • Leadership, communication, and team dynamics

2026 VolleyFX Collegiate Coaching Camp - June 13th

Location: Main Street Armory

Space is limited. Open to all players regardless of club affiliation.

 5th - 8th Grade: 9:00 AM – 11:30 AM  | Cost: $100

9th - 12th Grade: 1:00 PM – 5:00 PM  | Cost: $150

Peak Flow Performance Presentation (Mental Skill Training) 2:45pm - 3:15pm.


VolleyFX is proud to host our 2026 Collegiate Coaching Camp June 13TH! Our camp features college coaches from all over the country. This is an incredible opportunity for players to spend quality time with some of the top volleyball programs representing several conferences without the expense and time commitment of traveling throughout the United States. 

 

The college coaches will demonstrate and explain techniques and tactics and subsequent drills that are designed to give as many quality contacts as possible. Every player will have the opportunity to work with each collegiate coach.






 

2026 VFX Youth Summer Camp

Monday, July 13th - Wednesday, July 15th 2026

Location: Main Street Armory 900 E Main st Rochester 14605

VFX Youth Camp ($200/player, $125 for half-day campers - includes T-Shirt)

This camp is open to players entering K-6th grade in 2026-2027 school year.

  • K-2nd - Half-Day Camp, 9am - 11:00 am

  • 3rd-6th - Full Day Camp, 9 am - 2 pm

2026 VFX Player Development Camp

Monday, July 20th - Wednesday, July 22nd 2026: 

10:00am - 3:00pm

Location: Main Street Armory Rochester 14605

VFX Player Development Camp ($200/player includes T-Shirt). 

VFX Player Development Camp is for athletes entering grades 7-12 in the 2026-2027 school year and is designed to take your skills to the next level. In this camp, we place an emphasis on skill review, high repetition counts, and advanced training practices to master the skills and develop higher-level concepts in skills and volleyball strategies.  The camp is open to players going back to college as well as players training for their high school season. It will be competitively balanced to give each player the best experience possible. 


2026 Tryout Prep Camp

Cost $40

Location: Main Street Armory

  • This camp is open for players grades 7th-12th who are trying out for a school and/or club team! This is a one-day camp. 

With a combination of movement training and skill training through high reps, this camp will get you ready to crush this preseason.
